As a first time homebuyer, Beth made the entire process a breeze! After some negative experiences with other lenders that were not nearly as transparent or honest, meeting Beth was a pleasant surprise. She made my loan process a priority- answering my calls on weekends and at night and monitoring interest rates to ensure I locked in the best possible rate. I would recommend Beth to anyone and will definitely be working with her again for any future home purchases.

I just closed my home loan with Dave. He was there evey step of the way for me and answered any questions I had. Even at 7:00 at night. I cant tell you how he helped my family and I. We had numerous setbacks from a bad divorce to a judgement that was out of my control but Donna pushed through all the red tape and secured our loan. There were many times I doubted the outcome but we are currently enjoying our new house

Matt and the First Ohio team (that I dealt with) were amazing! Matt not only matched rates, but he beat it, and blew me away w/my fees. We knew going in that this is a temporary move, and wanted the best deal for us. Matt made sure we got just that. When we leave in 4 years, you can believe Matt will be our first call for a new home!

Dave was great to work with. After considering working with a huge lending company from god knows where, we opted to work with someone who looked at us as more than just another customer and Dave was just that.
