Dave is an excellent Loan Officer and never gives up. Anytime we hit a bump in the road he had a solution and advised on what to do next. His communication was great. He would update me all the time and if I called or emailed him he would answer not only the same day but usually in an hour or two. He is very personable and works hard for his customer. Mortgages can be stressful and Dave takes that stress away! If you are nervous about going for a mortgage or hesitant for any reason... CALL DAVE! Recommend 100%

We obtained our original loan through First Ohio Home 3 years ago, and we recently refinanced with them as well. They were in contact us throughout the entire process, were very quick to respond to our questions and the process as a whole was very fast. When it came time to sign the papers they walked my husband and me through them and were very patient. I would definitely recommend them!
Mr. Macintyre was great at explaining the process we would go through to apply. He helped us prepare the proper paper work to properly apply for our loan. He keep in great contact with us thru emails and phone calls.
