Anyone can run the ball through a big hole in the line. But winners have fullbacks that"make their own holes". Converted to mortgage speak, that means that when there is a tough deal, you are best served by someone who will find a way, keep you apprised, get info when needed and direct you through the process. Such was the case in our deal. A condo refi. Condos are tough by design. Matt gave us the game plan, then worked the plan. He successfully predicted and then negotiated several "bumps in the road". There are no words to describe the awesome experience we had with Shelley and her team. They were able to close our loan in two weeks from start to finish....I would recommend this company to anyone! If there is any way possible to finance your home, they will find it!! They never give up on you and keep fighting to the end to make your dream a reality.

Laura was very helpful throughout the whole loan process and answered any questions that we had, she made us feel very comfortable with our first home purchase, I highly recommend her. She even came to the closing which I thought was awesome thank you very much.

Not knowing what to expect, working with Dave was better than I imagined. Throughout the process, he was available by phone, email or text. He was very good at responding in a timely fashion (most of the time right away if by text) and was very upfront about the whole process. There really wasn't a time that I was left wondering what was taking place. The other shocking moment was the closing costs which came in even better than what was stated.
