The overall experience was great. The only reason for not noting 5 stars is that we were given a window of 12-5 and were told the tech would call before arriving. I did receive a text saying our tech would be calling to let us know they were on their way but no one called. The tech showed up at 10:45am. Luckily my husband had finished up early with his appt and was home to receive him. Otherwise, the tech would have waited and maybe have left because no one was home. Will hire again, though!
