On time and very knowledgeable. Suggestion on further maintenance to keep unit running was appreciated
Enrique Romero was very professional very helpful. My heating system was very old didn’t work out like I wanted it to. Ron Gutierrez came out checked it out. He was very helpful very professional getting a new system put in Tuesday afternoon now with the weather getting cold. I was very satisfied with the fast response.
Julian is fast, efficient, engaging, and a committed employee. He;s a definite keeper.
The entire experience was excellent. They worked my appointment into a full schedule the day that I called. The technician communicated with me every step of the way. He very much wanted to solve my issue and kept me well informed of the progress. All promises made were kept!! Michael arrived early which was a blessing as I didn’t have to wait a long time. He was very pleasant and efficient.
Julian was great. He was punctual and polite and explained that my air conditioner would probably need pads in the spring so that I could be prepared. I would definitely recommend Julian and First Rate for their air conditioner/heating needs.
Jude of First Rate Plumbing Heating and Cooling was a great worker. He was on time, polite, explanatory, and capable. It was nice to have a young man complete his job in a friendly manner, making sure I understood each step of the process and made the visit I will probably request next spring.
