I was very happy with the results. I thought tech James Gonzales .was very friendy and knowledgeable about the Carrier mini splits and explained things very clearly. I was at first uneasy choosing the First Rate Heating Service, by not knowing the business.,but afterwards I fellt like I had made the right choice.
