Kevin is great. I appreciate the heads up on the water heater and estimate to replace with a discount. I am also grateful for the free makeup A/C coil clean for spring 2025 due to the fact that previous maintenance services by First Rate did not clean the coils for the last six years.

Isaiah came in and fixed everything my realtor had a list of- he went above and beyond and he was even kind enough to clean up after himself- I know that should be standard but you’d be surprised the messes that I’ve seen left behind. He was kind and courteous and did an amazing job

Julian was very professional and explained the the process he was doing to trouble shoot my AC unit. He was very methodical and isolated the issue on my AC unit!
