I've been a customer of Flexshopper for a few years. I've leased/purchased many items and I'm quite happy with the service that they provide. The customer service representatives that I've spoken with have all been outstanding. I spoke with Ronise today to use the early pay-off option and she was both helpful and friendly. I really do appreciate when a company's employee has a friendly demeanor like Ronise.
I've been a client of flex shopper for nearly a year, and have used their service twice. I have had nothing but great experiences both times. Their customer service is quick an on point. I had an issue today as a matter of FACT, and the CSR Ronise who helped me was AWESOME! She was extremely helpful, and very nice. I would and have referred close friends to use flex shopper!
I had so many issues previously and I called and spoke with a nice young lady named willkis and everything is worked out I have no more issues. She was utterly amazing and very polite in all she's done for me.

Of all leasing companies this is the best I have ever dealt with. Christina H is the best customer service rep ever. Always friendly and helpful. Never gives you the feeling of not wanting to be there. All around easy to deal with.

Having limited social activities Flexshoppers has given me an outlet to networking. Hervory my account manager has been a Godsend since December 2016.
