Cynthia R. assisted me today. She explained the increase method used (10% increase with every completed lease, or customer service would require documentation to raise the limit.) She was friendly and resolved my issue right on the phone. Very capable. I'm thankful that, even though the prices are steep, FlexShopper helps people like me.
