I loved working with GENNIE L.! Someone give her a raise or something. Kudos and props go to her for going above and beyond for me! The last two reps I talked to were so rude and they hung up on me and she literally stayed on the phone with me and when I couldn't get it right she literally did the order for me. She CONFIRMED the order and explained everything to me. She is literally the definition of exceptional customer service! Shoutout to GENNIE! Girl get it!
