I am very pleased that I can make payments according to my income, in which Gregory R. explained thoroughly and helped me out even beyond my thoughts on this matter. It's a breath of fresh air to be able to speak with someone over the phone and get someone with excellent customer care!!! Thank you!!!

Gregory R. was outstanding. There were transactions that didn't go through and he was professional and courteous as he helped figure out what happened. He then followed up with me to ensure that my account was updated and he made it a pleasure to do business with flexshopper. He is rare!!

Hello. I had the pleasure of speaking with CSR, Chasatee T., who helped me with my Flexshopper Account twice. My CSR was kind and patient in explaining to me the terms of the FS agreement, which I didn't fully understand thoroughly when I bought my tires and other services from a named brand shop. Thanks to her I'm out of this Lease!!! It's ironic that the day that I paid my balance on the last day of my "90 day period" she's the one that assisted me, go figure. I had the pleasure of speaking with Aileen P. this morning. I had forgotten to transfer monies on my debit card for today's payments. I told her this and told her the money was now ready. She was extremely courteous, fixed my problem in a matter of seconds, and was on my way, no questions asked! I have been a customer with Flex Shopper for 2 years now. They have been nothing but good, no problems, great to do business with!

I gave a four star based on a mixture of positive and negative interaction concerning my account. I found out about Flexshopper at a time when I really needed some help. It was easy to get an account set up and get what I needed. The negative comes from my frustrations of payments being taken out at random times and having spoken with several people trying to get it straight.
