I had problems with their payment plan and felt they were taking advantage of automatic withdrawal. Some months they took 4 payments and some months they took out 5. I live on $1101 SS. After several phone calls that didn't make me very happy, I called today to get the payoff amount. I said I owed $275. They wanted another $1040 to pay off a set of tires that cost $924! Talk about a royal mix up trying to get some furniture n such for the new house... anywho date mix's ups led to issues that J.B literally resolved and smashed in a matter of minutes. Entire time offering complete professionalism, approachability and understanding. Now-a days business is nothing without top notch customer service.
