Ever since I became a flex shopper customer, I just wasn't happy. Every time I'd call, I'd get a not so nice person, or payments wouldn't come out on the correct day, and more. It's all been this big hassle. I called today and spoke with Greg R., and I was so upset to begin with, and even though I was, he calmly explained things to me and was able to come to a compromise. I took in two kids which leaves me little money to get things like tires, or brakes or whatever. This company has truly blessed me with being able to do those things I couldn't afford in one payment. I really appreciate flexshopper and it's payment plan options. It allows me to purchase virtually almost anything and not have to pay the upfront cost. The buyout option is amazing 3 months is more than enough time to pay off any purchase. I will also like to give a personal appreciation to customer service representative Christina Hall who helped me the other day with my account keep up the great work and I will be continuing my business with you guys.
I've purchased 5 items and have paid them off before the 13th payment as per the contract with the option of utilizing the alternative of using 52 weekly payment option. I'm grateful to have this business as an option to purchase items and pay over time with being on a strict budget. Thank you to Christine H.
