was VERY skeptical in using this service. i was slightly duped into signing up for the service when the place i was getting my car serviced added services to my car i did not have the money upfront for. the auto shop had no clue how to enroll me so it took 2 hours to finish the order. He made me feel like he understood my concerns about my account and his recommendations made since for me to take care of balance at that time. I would most likely shop again.
