Aileen assisted me yesterday. She was amazing. She was attentive and very courteous. Overall, I have used flexshopper and I enjoy working with them. There was one instance I ordered something and it took a while to get it returned because it was damaged upon arrival (granted it was the holiday season). However they have always taken care of the situation and worked things out. I have referred them to several of my friends and family. I would choose with them again.
Great service and honestly great way to buy anything you want. Only items that you shouldn't be financing aren't covered and the early pay off or 90 days same as cash is the way to go!!! If you just can't wait Buy it and pay it off early and pay little to no interest!!! I was talking to the wonderful Aileen P. and she helped me in an easy way that I didn't think was possible. Thank you so much and keep up the awesome work.
There was a miscommunication between the tire dealership and the customer. She did not recall signing anything electronic or otherwise. She paid for her tires before the 90 day period, short a couple of pennies. They said she was behind in payments and she owed them over $500. I called FlexShopper and spoke with Gregory R., who I might add is a true asset to the company.
