Cynthia R. has been my account manager and is an absolute delight to work with. She is very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Very prompt to return phone calls and has been a tremendous help to me. I have been a member with flex shopper for over 2 years and would gladly recommend it to anyone!

Aileen assisted me yesterday. She was amazing. She was attentive and very courteous. Overall, I have used flexshopper and I enjoy working with them. There was one instance I ordered something and it took a while to get it returned because it was damaged upon arrival (granted it was the holiday season). However they have always taken care of the situation and worked things out. I have referred them to several of my friends and family. I would choose with them again.

Great service and honestly great way to buy anything you want. Only items that you shouldn't be financing aren't covered and the early pay off or 90 days same as cash is the way to go!!! If you just can't wait Buy it and pay it off early and pay little to no interest!!! There was a miscommunication between the tire dealership and the customer. She did not recall signing anything electronic or otherwise. She paid for her tires before the 90 day period, short a couple of pennies. They said she was behind in payments and she owed them over $500. I called FlexShopper and spoke with Gregory R., who I might add is a true asset to the company. He spoke to myself and our constituent, was patient and kind and after all was said and done marked the lease as paid. If not, she would still owe over $500... read more

I spoke with a customer care person by the name of Edric, very pleasant person to talk with at such an early time. You need more people like Edric, pleasant, get the job done, very pleasant, very courteous, very efficient. Thank you Edric for your courtesy they need many more like you in Customer Service
