So I had the Pleasure of being assisted by a agent named Gregory R.. He helped me when my payment did not come out correctly. He also set me up for a follow-up call. Which when he saw I had been deducted in error immediately set up the process for a refund. I love that I can get the items I need at low weekly payments. Lower then any other rental place around. Flexshopper has always assisted me when I called in with concern. But Gregory stayed on top of my account and kept it running smoothly. I appreciate all his hard work.... read more

I've been a customer from the very beginning, I have leased quite a few items over the years ð??. Never had any complaints with any of the staff nor shipping problems. Called in today to make my final payment. I was greeted by Roxana M., she took care of all needs. She was very respectful and kind, Roxana even gave me an credit increase!! I will be leasing again!!! ð??ð??

Their customer service is always helpful, and polite. Payments are explained in detail on your lease. We've purchased multiple things through flexshopper, and will continue to when needed.

Justin in repairs was great! He help me through the process of getting my son's wireless headphones replaced when they broke. It was a fast, easy process. The headphones were replaced in less than a week!

Called with concerns about verification and billing emails I had recieved. I was greated with kindness and enthusiasm right away by Gregory R.. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to review and explain everything right down to the smallest detail. When being transferred to customer service from billing he took the time to explain everything to the other rep transfering me so the conversation could pick up with out having to explain again.
