Flexshopper has always been good to me. The service is very convenient, paying a few bucks a week to get items I really want and need makes life easier. Customer service is good. Yes you could probably pay less for items if you buy at once, but the way I see it, what is $3 a week?? I give more than that away and before you know it, whatever I bought is paid off. Feels almost free. This type of deal probably isn't for everyone, but it definitely works for me.

Yes Kimberly C. was awesome I've been having ordering problems for a couple of days now and I talked to Kimberly from five minutes and she took care of the problem immediately I couldn't ask for a better customer rep

I had some problems with my checking account and ended up falling behind. All it took was a very quick call to the 800 number and I was able to update my information and get back on track in less than 5 minutes. I like the fact that it's very easy to do business with them.

I am writing because not only did I have a pleasant experience with the check out/purchase of my item, but also how the representative, Chasatee Towns, went above and beyond with assisting me in helping me to get the best settlement when I accidentally missed my 90 same as cash deadline date! Flexshopper really works with their customers and is quite understanding. I will definitely be working with them on an ongoing basis for my photography equipment needs!

I used to hate this company.... until I came across Greg R. He helped me out IMMENSELY, so compassionate and kind and caring!!!! The old staff was HORRIBLE! I mean like HORRIBLE! Thank you Greg!!!! You've made me so happy.

My representative today was awesome. In fact I have had nothing but good experiences with flexshopper. It's an honest, great way to help consumers purchase items that they want or need. The reps are always friendly, knowledgeable and extremely patient and helpful. I love my flexshopper!
