I am a retired restaurant GM and I have over twenty-five years in retail and customer service. Dealing with people and issues are not always easy. But I was taught, the customer is always right.ð??? I called with an issue about my bill and spoke with Porshea B. who was so kind and helpful. She went out of her way I believe, to make sure what I needed was taken care of. I don't normally take the time to write a review about speaking with (via chat) to someone but today, I spoke with both a kind and intelligent man that not only answered my questions but was smart, professional and friendly. I know in my industry, reviews are crucial to the company and sometimes are the determining factor of whether a Client makes a purchase or not. I had a nintendo switch I purchase for grandkids visits(from christmas 2018), bout 2/3 wks ago it stopped working once I notice I couldn't get to work I ask justin p repair rep. for help, he assisted in helping me get in contact with nintendo to see if game was repairable. Justin kept in contact with me in assisting with any questions I had, helped me be aware when system was on way back and attempted delivery. I have nothing but a good review for Flexshopper, I have been a customer for 3 years and on my last purchase, I was having issues with my account as for as payments and how I wanted them to come out of my account. So I was put in contact with Ben C.-Billing Team Lead who basically just took control of my account and from beginning to end he has been giving me outstanding customer service. Belinda T. Was awesome. Flex Shopper provided us an opportunity to purchase the items my son needed for school while we are repairing our credit from medical bills. Every time we talked to a Flex Shopper associate they were so nice and listened. That is a rare in today's world of retail. I would have no problem recommend in them to my friends and family.
