I call customer service today. Something I dont like doing because of bad experiences. But today was one of the best customer service experience I've ever had. My day didn't start well and was going rough when I made the call. Cynthia R answered the her cheerfull attitude and great customer service change the outlook of my day. Thank you Cynthia for your outstanding customer service. We need more people like you.

In what felt like my darkest hour, Billing Representative, Gregory R, reached out and went beyond the call of duty to help me resolve my problem. Because of his understanding and kindness my stress level dropped 100 percent. Thank you again Greg and thank you Flexshopper.

I'm a relatively new customer with Flexshopper and their customer service has been somewhat hit or miss but today, they redeemed themselves. Used the onsite chat feature to try to get tracking numbers for a new order I had placed and had a response and all the answers I needed within minutes - a HUGE improvement over the last several chats I've done there. I was fortunate enough to work with Matthew M. He was the absolute best! Professional, positive, and upbeat. Willing to do whatever needed to be done and I cant say enough of how Matthew made this a positive experience. I will definitly use flex shopper again because of the experience I had working with Matthew M.

I will say that the customer service has been wonderful and if it wasn't for Kimberly C. at FlexShopper, I would be totally unhappy with the service.
