I give her a 10 stars. I think she was one of the most polite and patient understanding representatives that I have had the pleasure to speak with in a while. She is a keeper! I can only wish all representatives were like her. I ended up speaking with her twice and she was still the same. Polite.

This is a great company. Every rep I've ever spoken with has been helpful and polite, and they go the extra mile. If you lease the full term it is fairly expensive, but I would imagine their cost of doing business is very high. They have an early purchase option, which just charges you a flat fee if you pay off within 90 days. Highly recommended!

At first I was a little discouraged with continued business with flex shopper. I had a mix up with an order never arriving but somehow got sent back to the shipper. I'd already signed a contract for the items... Use ur imagination, this situation could have been ugly and hectic. I spoke to 3 different people. 1 person hung up on me. I had the most Amazing Experience ever with the Representative that help me and his name is Jair B. He was very patient with me, he listened to my concerns, placed me on a very brief hold, and resolved my concerns within minutes. I am extremely grateful and hope that Jair gets a letter of excellence in his performance evaluation and is also recognized by his Supervisor! I have never had a problem with Flexshopper. I have had numerous leases over the last year and all have moved through the process. I did call today to ask some questions regarding what felt like a discrepancy on one of my accounts. I was blessed to visit with Gregory R. He was fantastic. He listened attentively to my story and based on what I told him he was able to see exactly what had happened and was able to fix it quickly and efficiently. I had a problem creating my account with Flexshopper, and a customer service representative by the name of Candice J. did an excellent job on her end to help me, and informed me that all information MUST be entered correctly prior to submitting. She reset my account, and now I'm to do it right this time. Wish me luck! Thanks again C.J.!
