I had used Flexshopper for a few other items already but today I needed to use my remaining credit to replace my bald tires. I worked with Jeff from customer service and he was super helpful and friendly and explained all that I needed to do to get the tires paid for. The whole transaction went very smoothly and I was really impressed with the customer service all the way around. From everyone in the NTB tire shop and Jeff at Flexshopper!
