I have had a flexshopper account since 2021 when my husband convinced me to lease from them. Last year I got a mattress from the and after a long wait it finally got delivered and didnt even last a week before there was a dip spanning across the mattress. We decided not to send it back because it would take too long to get another one.And we needed a mattress, so we stuck it out. $22.49 has been coming out every Friday except if I didnt have it in my account I put it on another card and had no issues. Do not do business with them. They turned me over to a third party collection agency and were not supposed to take any more payments from me and they did. They did not even notify me they had done this. I will be taking legal action myself.

I was getting multiple payments taken back in September of 2025. Flex shopper said they could not see the payments even after I sent screenshots of them coming out of my bank account. I recently have been getting calls from ********** about being sued by flex shopper. Well first it was a compliance officer who called and said I needed to call the number above. **********! Due to the bankruptcy they have a new system. If you purchased products before March 2026 I was told they, or costumers, could no longer access the old system. I have to create a new online account. My contract was fulfilled on May 1st, 2026 and they have taken 3 payments this month. I was told it is a "glitch" from the old system that has my autopay information still and they cannot access it. I had to have my bank issue me a new debit card just to stop their *****. I have been trying to pay my loan off before my 90 days end. I have been unable to do so because the company is refusing to send me my payout amount. At the beginning i was able to go online to see my balance and make extra payments, now its a different login account. I have sent multiple emails and have called multiple numbers trying to get my issue resolved. After doing some research flexshopper has file for bankruptcy late 2025. I can not login to pay my bill and every time I try online, over the phone or even chat with someone it seems they can never find my information even though I keep telling them they are taking money out of my account every week. This is total bs because I am simply trying to pay them off early so I don't have the outstanding intrest added I'd also have to pay if it goes paast 90 days. Can some one please help! My gosh
Just trying to pay my bill and the website only lets me apply for another lease instead of signing in. You get stuck in this loop of only applying and never getting to see your account. Granted it's a progressive lease so I get it, they need to make it insanely difficult to pay so you miss payments and end up paying double in the end. Amazing idea from a money making standpoint. Obviously in the companies favor not the customer.
i order two cell phones from them on March 16, they sent me one cell phone instead of two. i contact them in March 24 that same day when phone was supposed to be delivered. they told me that they were going to do their investigation and that it will be 24 to 72 hours of doing that. so, week later.
