Ordered a furniture set from this company. Only received the love seat in December because apparently the sofa was damaged in transit. I have been calling and emailing and even the delivery company was emailing trying to figure out how to rectify the situation. Constantly got the run around while they were taking payments out the whole time after being told multiple times they were gonna stop. ******** company, continues to withdraw multiple times a week after I tell them to stop. I completed stop withdrawal payments and they are still withdrawing payments from my account without my permission and telling me Im late and owe more than what I ever took out from the beginning. This has been going on for two years. Ive paid off this loan twice already but they wont let me out of this nightmare. ****
Worst company ever, this place is a scam. They keep taking out multiple payments in 1 week and have no put my account in the negative twice. Ive called and got no where other then be told im late when its automatic from my acct. I stated that its in the lease im authorized to stop all payments and the *** told me no. Im calling my bank to tell them to block all payment from this point on. Dont recommend this place, they are a scam.
I cannot believe that the Better Business Bureau gives this place an A+ rating unbelievable This place is a sham major rip off. 0 stars Scam, cant find account, telling us we are late on payments when we arent, telling us if we dont make the full payment in 90 days they will charge us an extra 1400. Every time you talk to someone you get a different response. The loan was originally through pay tomorrow but they leased it out with flexshopper which I never agreed to as well all of it is a scam and Im still trying to figure out how the heck they havent been investigated yet this is illegal, its literally a loan shark / collection agency setup for aggr... read more
Highly don't recommend!!! They overcharge and will take extra payments because of a late balance, that's truly not past due. Not only was it not past due but the two extra payments that were taken out do not equate to the amount, and in fact it was more! not only on time but sometimes twice a week, when the signed agreement says weekly. Oh, I've reached out multiple times via phone calls and emails and go figure, no response. Good luck! Shady agreement, sick of it and can't wait to be done paying the quadruple amount.
They are a scam. They will overcharge and claim that you are behind on payments when you are not.
I had a terrible experience with FlexShopper. After verifying my info, the app said I had a credit limit and could make a purchase. I placed an order and it even told me I could pick it up the next day. Then out of nowhere, they said the order needed to be verified again after already charging my card for the initial payment.I got an email requesting my bank information and drivers license after the order was placed and the money was taken. I got ******* by a ******* using this website. I don’t have the goods as they are in Africa. I don’t have any money to pay this company and I want them to stop contacting me for payments. They need to take it as a loss. I have learned my lesson and am very careful now.
