I have been trying to pay my loan off before my 90 days end. I have been unable to do so because the company is refusing to send me my payout amount. At the beginning i was able to go online to see my balance and make extra payments, now its a different login account. I have sent multiple emails and have called multiple numbers trying to get my issue resolved. After doing some research flexshopper has file for bankruptcy late 2025. I can not login to pay my bill and every time I try online, over the phone or even chat with someone it seems they can never find my information even though I keep telling them they are taking money out of my account every week. This is total bs because I am simply trying to pay them off early so I don't have the outstanding intrest added I'd also have to pay if it goes paast 90 days. Can some one please help! My gosh
Just trying to pay my bill and the website only lets me apply for another lease instead of signing in. You get stuck in this loop of only applying and never getting to see your account. Granted it's a progressive lease so I get it, they need to make it insanely difficult to pay so you miss payments and end up paying double in the end. Amazing idea from a money making standpoint. Obviously in the companies favor not the customer.
i order two cell phones from them on March 16, they sent me one cell phone instead of two. i contact them in March 24 that same day when phone was supposed to be delivered. they told me that they were going to do their investigation and that it will be 24 to 72 hours of doing that. so, week later. Ordered a furniture set from this company. Only received the love seat in December because apparently the sofa was damaged in transit. I have been calling and emailing and even the delivery company was emailing trying to figure out how to rectify the situation. I completed stop withdrawal payments and they are still withdrawing payments from my account without my permission and telling me Im late and owe more than what I ever took out from the beginning. This has been going on for two years. Ive paid off this loan twice already but they wont let me out of this nightmare. ****
Worst company ever, this place is a scam. They keep taking out multiple payments in 1 week and have no put my account in the negative twice. Ive called and got no where other then be told im late when its automatic from my acct. I stated that its in the lease im authorized to stop all payments and the *** told me no. Im calling my bank to tell them to block all payment from this point on. Dont recommend this place, they are a scam.
