Besides the snafu with my second week promotional credit everything else went smoothly. Order online pick up at Best Buy it was the best experience ever. Seamless.
Can't complain thus far seems like they approve you for something to start with then you have more options after that relationship is established. Customer service was helpful and responsive in the chat.
When I initially got flex pay. It was very time consuming to get activated. Once It was done. They answered all my question regarding paying off my lease early.
I called customer service wanting to cancel a order and my customer service representative was absolutely amazing his name was Joseph A. he was absolutely outstanding and deserves recognition for making it so simple and easy and normal I absolutely hate phone calls with customer service but he made it easy and fast. Definitely deserves some sort of reward for being so good.
