This was a easy process the agents are very polite and professional it was a very very good experience thank you FlexWallet.
This was a frightening experience only at the very beginning. I realized that the reason why was simply because the rest of the commercial world would have everyone think that credit is the only way to purchase something. I was very happy with every part of the process, and just paid my first lease off early. All of my interactions from start to finish with this company were positive and ultimately made me feel comfortable enough to take out another lease.
Customer service is fantastic. Shouldnt use a company like this if you don't have to, but if you do this is the company to use.

Efficient customer service provided by Mr Pollard. Now I'm awaiting follow up on my item return request. He said it would take seven to ten days for them to email me with return shipping info. This process is slow, but no alternative other wait.
I have been a customer of theirs for a couple of years and they have been great. Recently there was a mix-up with their system and my account fell behind unknown to me. I worked with a billing specialist named Esteban who helped me get my account current and worked with me to do it in a way that really worked for me. Great service!
