Products are good, experience is generally good. The website needs work, and there are a lot of accounting mistakes (limits aren't updated and sometimes even go to zero out of nowhere, leases aren't combined, payoff quotes are too high, etc.). The customer service has gotten much better over the years. I would give 5 stars if I could simply log on and see basic account status information without having to chat or call to find out where I stand.

Customer service is super easy to talk to and the products are great with an easy payment plan. I have already paid off a surface book and almost a 50" TV. Thinking about another purchase soon!
great customer service, good prices and always fair for early payoffs , i have been using them for 3 years now and 20 purchases and only had an issue during the holiday season that was not even their fault it was the shipping company.

Products and services are excellent. Only issue I've ever had was return an item that I bought with other items. Separating the wanted items (video games) from the unwanted item (jewelry) seemed to be an issue. I will only purchase one item at a time from now on.
