I called in today to discuss paying off my lease. I spoke with one of the billing specialists named Greg R.. He was very, very pleasant and patient with me. He never made me feel like I was just another customer that didn't matter. He took his time to help me come to a resolution as to what I should do about my leases. I didn't know there were financing companies like this especially when it comes to car repairs. Greg R. was my account manager and really worked with me as far as making payments. He was very patient, kind and understanding!
I love this company.. I been buying from this company for about 6 or more years. Everything I get has been always on time and in good condition. Payment comes right out of my bank account every Friday. I don't have to call unless I have a problem with the bank myself. Always faithful and honest.
