He did an excellent job and exceeded all expectations!!! I was calling just to check on my limit because I was coming onto the end of my contract and he was able to end my contract early and raise my spending limit I am super excited to make my next purchase!!
Call this customer service to explain that I was sent wrong item. She took time to listen and explain to me correct one will come while I waited for return shipment slip from company that could take 10days! She Searched it until she found the correct items to be sent out. Great customer service appreciate it are you busy took a bad situation and end up making me feel great at the end!
Sabrina K was a tremendous help today! She was very professional and explained the process in a way that everyone should. I have been a customer for roughly over a year and I usually get a "refer to the fact page" answer, not today. Sabrina is definitely a 5 star!
I was working with Armando at FlexShopper, and they were so helpful. They even assisted with my IT issues, helped me be able to purchase the item, and explained to me why an earlier order had to be canceled. I have really enjoyed their customer service, especially Armando.
