My experience to date has been nothing but positive, I understand this is a lease program and fees and cost ate are doubled considerably, but thats the downside of not having great credit. In regard to flex shopper when I did have an issue it was resolved with very little stress. Greg, in the billing department, was absolutely amazing. There was a glitch in their billing system and he gave me several options all favorably to me and let me choose how to proceed.
