Flexshopper is a great rent to own business! I had the pleasure of having Niyah W. as my lease holder, and she was phenomenal! At some point, I had other life circumstances pop up, and fell behind on my payments. However, Niyah and Flexshopper worked with me and helped me get back on track, without breaking the bank in doing so. I worked with Greg R. who helped me in completing the last parts of my loan. I'm addition he helped me understand other opportunities that are available through the company. Very professional, took the time to understand why I was calling and the help I needed. Overall experience was excellent.

I needed emergency car repairs. I applied and was approved immediately. Rich B. provided exceptional customer service. I called several times and he patiently and thoroughly answered my questions and I was able to get my car repaired on the same day. I would recommend this company!

I called in to speak to someone in the billing department because I was confused about the payment schedule. However, Belinda T helped me with my issue and she explained everything to me. The way the contract reads about the initial payment confused me a bit but we got everything setup and the payments were set to coincide with my future pay dates. She was very friendly and helpful. I love the way FlexShopper works. It's very straightforward about the way it works. I will be a repeat customer.

I have been a customer since 02/2018, My experience with Flexshopper has been great at times, and at other times exasperating. Yet, every time I had to talk to billing the problems where quickly resolved to my satisfaction, when Flexshopper has bent over backwards to apologize for there mistakes in billing and adjusted my account accordingly.
