Worst system ever house is brand new and the thermostat keeps getting unconnected from the unit which cost the AC not to work and I've been told it's on purpose for customers to pay a high rate for someone to come look at it. Again the house is brand new built everything is new the builders continue to cut corners and use these poorly performing companies cause it saves them money but cost the homeowners a lot of expenses and inconveniences, if you a purchasing a home in Florida avoid the ones with Florida breeze thermostat ... read more

I am sorry you are unhappy with your thermostat but that is a WIFI issue and not a Florida Breeze issue. So you should have someone check your WIFI connection. Also, since we can't see your name in our system, we don't know the real problem or why you were charged $399. Our service rate to come out is $120.00 during hours and $240.00 on the weekend, and we tell you that before we come out. That means you gave us permission to come to your house and look at the problem.
