Today I Had the privilege of speaking with ******* I had an alert regarding my fire detector. I tried to remove the cover by myself and was unsuccessful. I called and spoke with ****** She was pleasant, understanding and very reassuring. She walked me through the removal of the cover, removed the batteries and waited until I had the cover properly on. ***** throughout our conversation was pleasant and reassuring. Thank you *****!
