Fluent worker was very kind & fast, serviced our system and asked if we had any more problems or concerns. Was very nice and finished and let me know if I had any more concerns to call and let the office know. I wish all service people were this friendly.

Zia, with the Fluent support chat , did an exceptional job of giving me remote support to fix my security system problem after the ****** offline fiasco. Zia is an excellent representative for Fluent.

I was so embarrassed calling to cancel due to some unfortunate financial set backs. But ***** was so kind and funny by the time the call ended I was laughing and feeling no embarrassment at all about having to suspend my service for a few months. Companies need more CSRs like *********************! More customers would be happier with results guaranteed!
