From a customer service view, **** was about the best company rep I've worked with, and don't want to fail to recognize that. You might say, he saved the business from a problem that came out of the blue and kept up over three months and 3 monthly phone calls to resolve. I have paid by bank ahead of time for several years and suddenly, I receive a **** one month that informed me that I was past due on the previous month.
