I dealt with ******* today he was very pleasant and went above and beyond to help me with my questions! I have not always had good service with fluent but I believe it is under new ownership and I was Very Very pleased with the service I received today! Way to go ******* !

Fluent customer service mr.******* was very knowledgeable, in making sure all the problems & issues were resolved.He was very professional,kind & patient.he test my system to make sure every thing was working properly, he even asked& showed me how to use the silent alarm on pannel& key fob.i really appreciate the time & care he has shown me.Fluent mr.******* was Great. I was going to go to another alarm system but after speaking with mr.******* i will stay with fluent. Thank you Mr.******* you cared& that makes me feel fafe.

Any issues . they are willing to go above and beyond to walk you through to know everything about your system and how YOU can to take care of it even after the contract is over . They are very busy wait times are very very long .

I am a long term sales rep of Fluent and take great pride in the care we provide to our customers. I have always encouraged those I set up with a system to call me for any reason. I have only ever had one cell number and I always accept/return calls from unknown numbers.
