**** was so pleasant and kind. He did a lot of checking to get a good price on another camera. This is the kind of customer service that every company needs. If every company has people like ****, their business would flourish. I love the customer service department as I have had to call them for help because if our bad reception in our area, and had very knowledgeable people.

They provide great customer service. I've had to call several times in the last 6 months because of moving and switching our WiFi because we were having connectivity issues, and they have always been super helpful and ensure that all cameras are updated and working as they should.Thank you!
