I had a problem with my side door sensor. I lost the magnet. Called in and explained my problem. They sent out a new sensor. My son put it up and I called in as per request. The gal was very helpful in getting things working for me. She checked thinks out before she let me go. Made sure I had no other issues. And assured me that everything was working that all lights were green. I did have an issue with my camera. It doesn't pick up vehicles coming in or going out of my yard. I don't know why this company has a bad reputation. I've received nothing but professional, curtius, timely responses and customer service. Infact they reached out to me to upgrade my system from 3G to 5G absolutely free. I had no issues with Fluent.
