I had technical difficulties and the representative ****she was so helpful and nice. ****was not only nice,she was very helpful and she also help me step by with resolving other technical difficulties that I had to face; while resolving my initial technical issues. Good service to find the problem! Customer service person (*******). Was knowledgeable,patient,and polite.. You could understand what she was saying!
The tech support I got from *****was amazing above and beyond he followed up with phone calls and got my cameras working. Unfortunately fluent as a company I would not recommend to anyone. And when my contract is up I will be looking for another alarm company.
