My technician deserves a raise. First she had to listen to me rant and rave about previous poor customer service and then she was very patient with me and she walked me through the trouble shooting process very well and even sent me detailed pictures of step by step instructions and stayed on the phone and cheered me on. Great customer service!

I had security system failures for about 2 weeks, off and on. Finally everything failed. As soon as I contacted Fluent Tech Support, they attempted to diagnose my panel and other components. After many attempts, They had no luck. Within two days I had a complete new system sent to me via courier, under warrantee.
