Excellent customer service from sales to completion. My utility company dragged their feed on getting the inspection and Permission to Operate done. Fluent kept me informed through the delay and was very responsive in driving the process to completion.

Installation review:The team has done a great job keeping me in the loop of where the approval process was going. I was able to sit in for the architecture board meeting as well, and the design was quickly approved. In contrast another solar panel approval from a different company on a different house did not go as well, so I had a great opportunity to compare. Everything so far has been done professionally. No mess on the property. Very good job.
Sales person only sold the panels and install. When I asked where the batteries were they informed me for $20,000 I could get batteries. WTF is up with that. Install was fast and done very professionally. Waiting on inspector from electrical company.
I am starting with a 4/5 review due to the simple fact I have been asked twice to review their. ******, but I still do not have a product. I was asked to review after consultation, and I am asked to review after installation. Everyone involved in the process was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The product is installed and working. I say this in quotations, as the panels have not been authorized for use. I assume this is an inspection.
