Process from start to finish was outstanding! I live in southern **** with AEP. Was installed within 4 weeks and inspection passed after 2 weeks. I am now on 3 months in a row with $90+ in credits. Highly recommend

Installation done on July 28, 2022. City Inspection signed off on September 13, 2022.The whole process went surprising smooth and well coordinated on Fluent Solar's part. They kept me informed about the next steps and answered any questions I had.I really appreciated the installer...********. He was efficient and well versed in the installation process. Great experience. Everyone from account manager to project manager was easy to get in touch with, answer questions, and responded with honesty and realistic time frames, even when a few items were beyond their control.

Two months from order date to final approvals and turn on. Very nice.If you would have told me that in the sales pitch, I would not have worried as much about what was going on. It is very difficult to contact Fluent other than direct phone call. Tried several times to text sales **** ***** support@Fluent, phone and text to installers without success. You need to update customers once install is done, and try to keep them abreast of the utility permitting, city inspection, and meter change out. It was very frustrating not kn... read more

We have had an interesting time with Fluent Solar. The salesman, *************************, who came and spoke to us originally were very nice and friendly. Although we have yet to have our panels installed, they did a good job of explaining everything. We hope to have the panels installed this week. Our project manager for the panels, ***, has been very communicative and always checking on us. So the solar panel side has been great so far.Unfortunately, the home/security part was a disaster. Our installation process went very smoothly and quickly as our project manager, **** is very profesional and experienced. Everything was explained thoroughly and we are satisfied with working with Fluent and its employees. Will be recommending Fluent to our friends and family.
