Our family came across Fluent Solar by accident and are very happy that we did. Out local representative, ***** was absolutely wonderful. He explained the program details and all the perks thoroughly. What we liked about Fluent was the easy peasy no hassle, no arm twisting, no big sales pitches, and no promises. Sales tech was super nice and explained everything to us. He came out a couple of times to clarify any questions or issues we had. It took a little bit of time to install a working system due to defective parts, but once that was resolved, the system works well. The longer your system is in place and goes through the seasons, the better the **** seems to be getting. We average around 30 dollars a month on our electric ****. We had a ***** start but that was due to installation. Flunet handle all issues quickly and resolved all problems right away. our system was installed and we are producing electricity. Sales rep was great, that process was nice and easy. Getting panels installed took longer than anticipated, even factoring in winter and COVID delays. A crew came to my house, dug some of a trench then had to leave due to a snow storm (that I warned them was coming before they left). Crew returned ~4 weeks later to finish the job. Install went smoothly except for one critical piece, during trenching they cut the electric line to my garage.
