We had our system installed and has seen the savings on our electric **** right away. Installers did an excellent job and listened to our requests for which items to be connected for usage when electricity is out. Certification by state was done quickly so everything was online rather quickly.At first the saving was less than expected but we realized by monitoring the app used with the system, that 1/2 of the panels were offline. Solar made affordable - please assure me that what I am reading below is incorrect (***** I). I was told FLUENT would remove the panels without charge when the roof needs to be redone AND it would be 10 days *** to get the system activated.

Very good experience overall. Installation team was professional and knowledgeable, They answered all our questions. Project Manager *** was very helpful has kept us informed at all stages of implementation.

My experience with Fluent Solar has been top notch thus far. We went from first visit to up and running in less then 3 month and thats with an electric panel upgrade in the mix. My sales rep and project manager are very knowledgeable in their fields. The install was timely and very professional, the gentlemen that installed to took the time to answer all my questions, and trust me there were many. Up to this point, my experience was good, and my installers were knowledgeable and professional. They left the work area clean and answered all my questions and concerns. At this point, all my installations are completed in a timely manner. My next phase is to have an inspector pass the system and then go online. Again, the installers were very knowledgeable and I don't anticipate any problems. My project manager kept me in the loop by texting me at least once a week. Good company!!

Overall satisfied with panel completion - overall schedule longer than expected - many steps between different parties/ agencies/ installers/ approvers - Fluent Solar had previous issues with communications. They promised they had overcome and we would have regular checkin from single-point-of-contact. That did not happen - not very proactive to expedite completion of overall project. Delays encountered at each schedule milestone - finance company made aggressive pitch for mortgage refi based on incorrect tax benefits
