I am not sure how to edit or even delete a review here, but I would like to just post an update to my previous post regarding Foggs. Jay called me the following day after my appointment and apologized to me for my disappointment as well as walking me through steps they have to take related to what they have to work with. They did not have to take the time to make that phone call, and I do appreciate it. That is good customer service.
