Had a great experience! Our sales representative was fantastic, very accommodating to me and my family! We couldn't have asked for better service!
After going online and getting pre-approved I scheduled an appointment the next morning to go look at a specific vehicle that I was interested in. My appointment was for 10:00AM and I was there at 9:45AM. I was assigned a sales rep and instead of being shown the car I wanted he tried to push me into something else. I repeatedly said I wasn't interested in that car but the other one. After reluctantly test driving the wrong car I asked to please test drive the one I wanted. RecommendedAwful service with no integrity. They created a scheduling issue and instead of apologizing they said "you should take this up with your girlfriend instead" Edit: leaving the original review to maintain integrity. The manager found a way to get ahold of me after the review and fix things entirely along with a very sincere reply. They went from 1 star to 4 in my books just because of the way the situation was handled. Just be careful you don’t get the angry teenage girl on the phone! Lol
