Went to trade in my truck for a lower payment. Friendly at first but out right lied to me about the total I would be financing. I ended up owing $4000 more than originally agreed upon. Told me it would take an hour and ended up taking 5! I was 4 hours late opening my own store. Tried to call several times and give them an opportunity to right the wrong. Never got called back. RecommendedMy sales associate provided excellent costumer service! Each and every associate knew exactly what they were doing and talking about. I love my new car and I had a great experience at Foggs!!!
RecommendedWe went in looking for a car Sam was our salesman he was very efficient, friendly and helpful! Needless to say two hours later I walked out with a black 2015 Nissan Sentra! And I love it!! Thank you Sam! Also a big thank you to the finance manager (sorry forgot your name) and to Patrick!

Don't ever do business with these people. My husband went in knowing what truck he wanted because he saw it listed on their website.....when he inquired and asked the price....he was told...."Oh I don't know the price on that and it's not for sale". Really???? Don't put it on your website for sale and to inquire about price then. They tried to finance him for something he didn't even want..... Apparently a bunch of morons work here. We will never be back or recommend this business.
I spent 18000.00 on a traverse that could not pass its first inspection. they told me it was a bad rack and pinion...2500.00 I took it elsewhere for the inspection, showed the mechanic the issue and had the sticker in 5 min. he could not believe it! free inspections leed to major repairs as nothing is free! free oil changes take forever. never again...rip off!
Foggs treated me like royalty until there's a problem then they treat you like garbage. Hopefully they will call me back, still waiting, so we can rectify this situation Before I go public with it. I love my vehicle but services are a nightmare there!!! I guess the BBB is next phone call if they don't return my call.
