Great service, Sam and Vincent worked really hard to help me get the car I wanted at an affordable price.
The financial man is a joke. My daughter was trying to buy a car for $12,600. He came back with a payment of $320/month for 72 months with $1800 down. He told us that the interest rate was 15.5% Well that come to $24,800 for a $12,600. Do the numbers the payment for a $12,600 loan at 15.5% not taking in account the down payment should be $270. when I questioned him about it he said I need a new calculator. Math is math numbers are numbers. If you go to buy a car don't trust them they are fugding the books.

My daughter was In the market for her first car and my husband was co-signing well after a 4 days and $1700 dollars � down and them telling my daughter and my husband the car is hers, they even had my daughter put car insurance on the car they then called her and say she can't have the car because my husband has child support that comes out of his check. No more of "$.10 down or it's a crime". They wanted 2 to 3 grand down. Unbelievable!

Hi Donna, I'm not going to get into details on your situation on Social Media but will say the Ad clearly states "pending Bank approval" and "NYS tax and DMV extra". Everyone's credit is different and sometimes depending on the Bank you need to put money down to help yourself get into a loan.
Can't say enough about the people at Foggs. Great experience with everyone in both sales and service. Their professionalism and genuine concern for me as a customer has been very refreshing. Choosing to buy my car from Foggs was a great decision.
Horrible customer service , don't know a lot about vehicles or repairs , worst place I've ever bought a car from , they don't return calls and have very rude service and sales people . There was damage that wasn't reported on my car including scratches and the damage to the undercarriage , also don't try to work with you when you hate the car you bought because of the lies you were told when buying the car and my transmission went in it after having it for 3 months . Don't ever buy a car from here
