Went here to start my search for a new car, I have a lot of student loans so my credit score is not the best and after hearing the commercials for long enough thought they could help me. They didn't. I don't even remember the salesmans name because he was the most boring, bland, and uneducated car salesman I've ever encountered. He told me he was "not allowed" to show me a car until my credit check was run, that's ridiculous. Some of the things he said we do not do. Anyone can drive any car they like on the lot without a credit check. Our process does make it easier to show customers cars they are approved for based on conversation with the customers. Your commercial is misleading. You clam even if you owe thousands more then the car is worth you will assist and get you in a car. My husband and I went over, we owed money but not a huge amount. When our paper work was taken over to the guy sitting in the front corner he pushed it away without ever looking at it.Nice way to treat people! Nothing like the place it use to be.
Great experience every time we need a car. They are all very friendly and helpful. Did not feel pressured or bamboozled!
