From start (when my sweet mom passed) to when she was laid in her beautiful final resting place, Forest Lawn personnel were kind, gentle, understanding, and on it. They coordinated everything: from pick up to transport, to holding her body until cremation was scheduled. All of it. Gina Krotee (counselor) was absolutely amazing. We buried my father-in-law yesterday. Fortunately everything was prearranged and paid for in advance. The office promptly contacted us and everything was handled very nicely. My husband, myself and brother-in-law have plots there and all prearranged. My father is in the mausoleum and, my mother will be placed there when the time comes. Thanks to the staff for all your help during this difficult time.

I attended Delores Luna's service yesterday, 1/26/21 @ Covina Hills. She was my husband's mother. Our director was Al (I wish I knew his last name). This man went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. He was such a blessing to my family. Very soft spoken, polite, courteous and such a gentleman. Everything was beautiful! It was to perfection! Thank you so very much Al. You were a blessing to our family! Go Dodgers!!

My experience with Forest lawn was ok. They were so polite and very attentive when I was trying to purchase a plot. After, that I wanted a temporary name plate put at the grave site. They would tell you that they are going to put it out that day. I came back two later and nothing was out there. I'll called again to see what the problem and they said they are going to take care of it. I feel like they be putting it off until you have to be very persistent. I guess this is what you get working with the city.

I really appreciate how kind, respectful, thoughtful and accommodating the entire staff was! Our Service Director, David Vargas was great! He never skipped a beat and I felt a sense of relief having him assist/direct us. Thank you all!

We were having trouble getting my grandfather's canister out of the ground and a caretaker, Angel Garcia cane along and cheerfully helped us out. It wasn't easy either. My thanks to Angel for his help. (Covina Hills).
