The maintenance team is getting too much. I know for a fact the mower destroyed the decorations on our space and left the scraps on the tomb stone. We didn’t get a warning notice as the other three around us. This wasn’t the first incident I’ve had to deal with. It may seem nice but I’m starting to see the negatives of this place. I have pictures to prove my statements
Work customer service I have ever encountered. Once they get you to purchase a plot, they don't even respond to emails. I have 10+ family members buried at Forest Lawn and it has been 3 months and they still have not ordered my son's headstone even though I signed the paperwork and gave them my credit card information 3 months ago. They keep changing their story and now no one will reply to my repeated emails to get this resolved.
