Forest Lawn Cypress is the most prejudice funeral home around . The staff only make Hispanics priority , my friend had an interview there when the person came out to interview her she whispers to her co -workers she didn’t know she was another race and they all turn to look at my friend which made her very uncomfortable and she knew they was. not going to hire her.. Unhelpful staff who felt it was appropriate to lie to us. Uncaring, no empathy. Imagine desperate parents looking for their son, only to be lied to when ever we made contact.

On Dec 11.2020 friday I go with my service dog on my bike climing up a hill when this young guy on a truck white from forest lawn a pproaches just to harass me and to bother and called police on me . just had come to leave my Dear Family flowers and he was poorly trained and invasive with toatal disregard to a disabled peron like me. Their customer service and people skills are disastrous. Specifically, they have people with title egos who know nothing about client services. For example - Paula Melkonyan identifies herself as a VP of client services but has an ego and an attitude so big and negative that speaking with her is simply impossible. She was rude, condescending and unapologetic. the call center at forestlawn is great but there preplanning different is very bad they won't answer customers questions but just ignore you i feel so discussed for being a new customer and being treated this way i feel i will just keep my options open and go to different cemetaries in the los angeles area .

I talked to people at the front office they said they could not help me they said i would have to talk to a avisor when i talked to the advisor the person hung up on me and never returned my phone calls when left a lot of messages i don't think this is very approiate for just coming in to a cemetary for the first time and doing business.

I don't have problem with the cemetery by itself and its services; however, your website tends to be concentrated for marketing purposes, and that's it. In short, it is not client friendly. My deceased brother is scheduled for interment on a future date, but there is no instructions on how to access and preview those photos submitted nor the selected video themes. I was in tears this past weekend when they told me that there were new rules in place and that I have to remove everything that I had bought for my baby. I couldn't believe that this was applicable to the kids section, my husband and I were crying as we were removing the items that we have bought with so much love for our baby, for us putting a spinner, planters or toy means a lot to us, we feel connected to our baby, but now we can't have any of that, it's heartbreaking.
